What truly sets this community apart, is the exceptional service and leasing team. They're responsive, friendly, and always go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. The cafe room is my personal favorite, and remains spotless due to the daily cleaning and stocking done by Turing's team. Heather has been amazing in ensuring that our living experience here is exceptional. She truly is committed to maintaining the property to the highest standards and keeping residents happy (Big reason as to why I eagerly keep renewing my lease)! Shyanne and Kimberly provided fantastic support and assistance during the move-in and renewal process. They are prompt in responding to my questions and concerns, making things straightforward and stress-free. Lastly, their cheerful demeanor and positive vibes make every interaction a delight. Living at Turing is a joy, and I definitely recommend it to anyone searching for their next home!

The location of Turing Apartments is ideal, with Trader Joes right below and Great Mall opposite along with connectivity to Light Rail, Bart, 680 and 880. Overall, my three years at Turing Apartments have been wonderful. I highly recommend this community to anyone in search of a comfortable, well-managed, and conveniently located place to call home.

Led by the incredibly dedicated Manager, Heather, and her fantastic team including Shyanne Clark, Kim, and the new guy an additional person to their staff, they have consistently ensured that this residence stands out. Not only do they manage the property with precision, but Heather often steps in as a leasing agent/customer support, adding a personal touch and deepening her understanding of the community she serves. This commitment is evident in the way they interact with the tenants; always greeting us with genuine smiles right from the entrance. The efficiency with which they operate is commendable. All repair requests, be it related to the apartment or the elevator, are resolved in record time, mostly within 8 hours, with the elevator specifically being repaired in under 3 hours. This efficiency speaks volumes about the maintenance and cleaning crews, who ensure that the building is always in its prime condition and spotless. But it's not just about the excellent service. The locale offers stunning views and the convenience of being situated right above Trader Joe's Grocery Store, making grocery runs a breeze. Its strategic location only adds to the charm. In essence, The Turing doesn't feel like just another apartment complex. It's a community where staff and tenants come together, forging relationships and ensuring everyone feels at home. Although the balconies could be slightly larger, the breathtaking views of the Sierra Vista mountain more than compensate for it. Rating: 4.5/5 Amenities: Turing boasts some of the finest amenities in the Bay area. The meticulously maintained swimming pool and jacuzzi are delightful. Additionally, they offer pool tables, a poker room, a conference room with free printer access, and a charming café. The community provides ample space to host guests and even features multiple barbecue stations. Moreover, sports enthusiasts can enjoy the badminton court and ping pong room, and there's the convenience of electric charging through EvConnect. Rating: 4.9/5 (Deducting 0.1 stars due to a perpetually faulty coffee machine in the cafeteria!) Management: The exceptional management team at Turing truly sets it apart. Heather, the property director, is an epitome of care and empathy. She genuinely goes above and beyond to assist residents, and I have personally experienced her unwavering support in resolving various issues. Heather is consistently on top of things. The service staff is prompt in responding to service requests and treats residents with utmost respect.
